REFUND and Other POLICIES:
This Applies to all Online Orders.
All live classes are NOT Refundable 3 days prior class.
If you cancel or return a home study course within 5 days and courses are reusable you will receive a refund less (the shipping and handling charges if applicable) and (less a $25.00 Registration fee per course.)
All Courses must be completed within 1 year. ( Re-registration depends on the current Text Books)
If you fail a statutory course you must pay a re-take test fee of $25.00 each exam.
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address, Unit # Suite etc. on your order form. (If there is an Address discrepancy a $15.00 correction charge will be added to your purchase. )
If you fail a CE course you only have to wait the required time to re-take an exam.
All downloadable continuing education courses are final.
All Exam Preparation Book sales are final
All CD Sales are final. (exchanges only if defective) in 7 days with receipt)

All Internet Streaming Exam Preparation Courses are Final.
Internet Streaming Exam Preparation purchased separately must be completed in 18 days from receipt of package.
Internet Streaming Exam Preparation with Course Packages, The Streaming Portion access must be completed in 90 days from receipt of package.
Loan Officer Internet Streaming Access is 180 days from Receipt of Package
All Courses are NON_ Transferable.
We RECOMMEND AND PREFER you to take ALL YOUR EXAMS ONLINE because this keeps a lot better records if you lose your certificates.
